A blend of Merlot, Zinfandel, and Cabernet Sauvignon, this red wine vinegar is slow-aged in oak barrels using the Orleans Method for depth and complexity. The result is a richly layered vinegar with bold acidity, subtle tannins, and warm berry undertones. Made in Suisun Valley, it’s a go-to for reductions, lentil salads, roasted vegetables, and marinades, bringing structure and nuance to a wide range of savory dishes.

12.7 Oz (375 ml) - Orleans Style Vinegar - 7% Acidity

Structured and balanced with moderate acidity and earthy red fruit. Notes of tart cherry, blackcurrant, and dried herbs interplay with a subtle hint of oak and spice. This vinegar has lift without being overly sharp, and its layered flavor reflects the blend of three red varietals. A classic profile, rooted in traditional red wine vinegar character.
