Made from heirloom Gravenstein apples grown in Sonoma County, this vinegar is slow-aged in oak barrels using the Orleans Method to preserve the apple’s delicate aromatics and natural acidity. The result is a bright, gently tart vinegar with soft fruit notes and a clean finish.
