Crafted from California sparkling wine and aged in oak barrels using the Orleans Method, this elegant vinegar delivers crisp acidity with soft floral and citrus notes. Its light body and clean finish make it a versatile staple for bright vinaigrettes, quick pickles, and seafood dishes. Handcrafted in Suisun Valley, it brings finesse and freshness to the plate, favored by chefs for its precision and balance.

12.7 Oz (375 ml) - Orleans Style Vinegar - 6% Acidity

Lively and bright, with brisk acidity and clean minerality. Notes of green apple, citrus pith, and white flowers give it a crisp, lean profile. The finish is dry and effervescent, reminiscent of brut sparkling wine. No sweetness, no heaviness, just a pure, taut expression of high acid white wine turned vinegar.
