Lynne Westby The Late Harvest Viognier Honey Vinegar is a stunner! A lovely golden color and the honey sweetness balances the tang perfectly instead of fighting it. I use it in salads with just a touch of olive oil, and it lights up the whole dish. Smooth, not harsh at all and clearly made with real care. Already ordered two more bottles - this one's a keeper!
