Made from single farm Pinot Noir and aged using the Orleans Method in oak barrels, this vinegar captures the varietal’s elegance with bright acidity, soft red fruit, and a refined finish. Handcrafted in Suisun Valley, it’s a delicate yet expressive vinegar ideal for dressing bitter greens, deglazing, or finishing roasted beets. Its subtlety and balance make it a favorite among chefs seeking finesse in every drop.

12.7 Oz (375 ml) - Orleans Style Vinegar - 6% Acidity

Elegant and aromatic, with red fruit acidity and a hint of forest floor. Notes of cranberry, sour cherry, and rose petal unfold into a gently earthy mid-palate. Acidity is assertive but well integrated, offering lift without astringency. The finish carries subtle notes of spice and pomegranate, evoking the light, complex character of cool climate Pinot.
