Harvested between November 6 and December 10 at Rock Hill Ranch in Suisun Valley, this oil blends Taggiasca olives with Tuscan varieties for both richness and lift. The olives were milled at Frantoio Grove within four hours of picking to preserve delicate aromatics and structure. The result is a structured, chef-driven olive oil that captures the nuance of late fall fruit at peak flavor and freshness.
