How to Use:

Structured and bold, this blend is great in red wine vinaigrettes, pan sauces, and braises. Add it to lentil salads, roasted squash, or beet dishes for depth. It cuts through richness in fatty meats and makes a punchy base for chimichurri, escabeche, or marinated mushrooms. Try it in pasta salad or drizzled over grilled eggplant. It’s a true workhorse with refined complexity.

Tasting Notes

Structured and balanced with moderate acidity and earthy red fruit. Notes of tart cherry, blackcurrant, and dried herbs interplay with a subtle hint of oak and spice. This vinegar has lift without being overly sharp, and its layered flavor reflects the blend of three red varietals. A classic profile, rooted in traditional red wine vinegar character.
