Description
Fleur de Sel is hand-harvested from pristine salt ponds close to the medieval town of Guerande on the French Atlantic Coast.
Here the salt farmer, or Paludier, still cultivates by hand using special wooden rakes and on just a few days each summer when conditions are just right and a white “bloom” will appear on the water, they harvest the “fleur.”

After searching for a couple of years, I finally found a finishing salt that was good enough to put our name on. I use this salt on every meal for a perfect finish. It has a delicate, melt-in-your-mouth crunch and a pleasant mineral taste that brings flavors to life.
