In cold weather, vinegar and olive oil can freeze in transit. In most cases, the product remains undamaged - a few days at room temperature will thaw the vinegar and clear any cloudiness in the oil.
In rare cases, the frozen product may push the cork out and cause leakage. We advize tracking your shipment and making sure the package is not left outside for a long time in very cold climates.
