Our pride and joy, this oil is harvested from our organic olive grove planted with Frantoio variety olives and processed within hours of picking. This oil is filtered immediately, stored in an oxygen free environment, and bottled in small batches to preserve freshness.

This year's oil delights with characteristic robust quality and well balanced flavors of both green and ripe fruits - persimmon, green banana, and fresh cut grass.
